Sleeping up to three people, it will charm you with its comfort and prime location. Just 200 meters from the cycle paths, you can explore the beautiful pine forests and discover the region's treasures by bike. Inside, the cottage features a modern, fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The living room, open to the kitchen, is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), and the bathroom, equipped with a washing machine, is practical and functional. A separate toilet completes the ground floor. Upstairs, a mezzanine offers a sofa bed and a relaxation area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
