Gennaro went above and beyond to be sure we have a great time at the property,he speaks English. The house is warm and welcome, the garden was our relaxing place after a busy day at the beach(10 minutes walking distance to the sea where there are plentiful of beaches with sunbeds, there are a few free beaches too,there is a total of 4km of sandy beach). The sea was amazing, safe for kids.My only recommendation would be to get plenty of insect protection Everything else was just what we needed to have a great, relaxing holiday. I book a night at Gennaro’s place for my parents. I told Gennaro up front that this was for my parents and he was so nice about everything. I really appreciated all of his messages and being at the apartment to greet my parents. He went above and beyond!

#### Wer Land und Leute kennenlernen möchte...

Sehr gute Ausgangsposition für Tagesreisen nach Rom und Neapel. Wer selbständig dir Stadt erkunden, Leute und deren Alltag in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft kennenlernen sowie neben Unternehmungen in die Umgebung auch mal am Meer "stranden" will, ist dort (am besten zu zweit) gut "behüttet". Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und im Kontakt sehr hilfreich!

This is an amazing place to stay, go back there again every year to enjoy the peace and comfort. We come in spring when there are no tourists but it's warm. The owner is very friendly and helpful, everything will help and tell you if necessary.

#### bel acceuil ,bien situé, bien équipé et conforme à descriptif

Gennaro nous a acceuillli avec le sourire et des petits cadeaux un dimanche soir malgré une arrivée très tardive.Plein de conseils et de documentations sur les environs.il y en a pour tous les gouts: nature,histoire......2 plages sont accessibles à pied suivant votre condition physique: une dans une crique avec pinède et cigales,l' autre traditionnelle avec sable blanc et sans danger pour petits enfants. Naples et Rome sont à environ 1h30.La gare est à 7mn en voiture avec plusieurs trains par jour. Barbecue,chaises longues ,parasol avec belle vue pour les jours de repos .Pleins de restos sur la lungomare et la rue principale.Supermarchés et magasins pas très loin. Place de parking,cuisine bien équipée,bon lit bien large dans chambre principale avec clim. et BONNE CONTINUATION A GENNARO TOUJOURS DISPONIBLE

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questo grazioso appartamento in total relax. Un'appartamento carino, pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio.Il giardino piacevole e fresco.
