“The property is located in a fantastic part of Lisbon, right by Pink street and walkable to lots of attractions. The check in was straightforward and easy to get into the apartment, with instructions forwarded to us before we got there. Communication with the host was great, she was lovely and very helpful. The apartment itself was very spacious, big high ceilings, two bathrooms and small kitchenette. It is an old building, so it has a rustic feel and overall was clean. Things to note - it……

“住了4晚，整體上好一般，傢俬擺設頗殘舊，洗手間不太清潔，沒有照片中那般漂亮。唯一最好是開放式廚房及先進設備的升降機。原以為沒有人打算，住了第三天有人整理床單，但收起洗手間floor towel，並沒有發另一條，這造成洗手間地板濕，通知了職員，但職員沒有回 覆，這點令我不滿。 Check out 時，我拍下appartment 及放下酒店税費用的相片whatsapp給職員，職員立即回覆謝道，很現實啊！ 房租絕不便宜，住4晚差不多要付千多元歐元，但並不是太優質的，appartment外的環境頗嘈雜，若以10分滿分，幾年前可值9分，現在只值 6~7分。希望appartment努力改進，提供優質服務，否則難以競爭。”
