“The room did not smell good. Shower curtain smelled like mildew. Tub had a ring of dirt. Sheets were stained and had holes. Carpet through the hotel was unkept. Furniture was sticky. Went and bought cleaning supplies. Hole in the bathroom wall. Only stood because of the proximity to the Prison. Reason for hotel selection. Unsure how they obtained the 7.4 star rating.”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Super clean, but very minimalistic. I realize that’s the hook here, and it would be the perfect place to stay but for less money. There are a lot of places in the area at this price range that have many more comfort features and extras. This is not meant as a complaint, more as an observation. The only actual problem we had is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything around you. Definitely recommend, just wish it were a bit cheaper.”
