“Entire second floor including my room had a mold/musty odor. At 4am my smoke detector started chirping. At 5 am it was unbearable and I went to front desk to get another room. I received a room on the third floor that was better until I went to shower. The tub surround had a considerable amount of hair not cleaned off. Worse yet the tub had pubic hair again Not rinsed off. Not happy with this stay!”

“Conveniently located across from the hub of hospitals in Augusta. This made it easy for me to walk across the street to visit my sister during her hospital stay at Wellstar. The room was clean! The bed was comfortable! The staff was polite and helpful! The property felt safe!”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”
