“The first thing that was impressive with this booking was the quick , helpful, and accommodating host, Karen. She was always there for us to answer or help with any issues we may have had. The booking was exactly as described. It was clean, fresh, and perfect for what we needed. We came to Augusta for my nephew’s 16th birthday and my niece’s 4th birthday party. "The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
