  • Idyllic location on a 95-acre farm with donkeys, ponies and geese. The nearby town of Caerwys is located on the outskirts of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers a shop, post office, cafe, butcher, golf course and selection of local pubs. Enjoy a plethora of shops, eateries and attractions nearby Mold, famous for its market, historic towns of Denbigh and Ruthin. Swimming, water sports and fishing are all available locally at the beach of Prestatyn just a short drive away, and the lakes in Brenig and Bala. Keen walkers shouldn’t miss a trip to the fantastic Snowdonia National Park, or join the coastal path, while history lovers will enjoy a day in the city of Chester, Victorian Llandudno or the castles at Rhuddlan and Conwy.

    Head into this contemporary space with the kitchen/diner to your left and lounge to the right. Walk into the hall and enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating on this floor from the ground source heating. The property also benefits from solar panels and other green credentials. If you decide to eat in prepare delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Enjoy your culinary delights at the perfectly positioned dining table by the window overlooking the front garden. The lounge has French doors leading into the enclosed garden, perfect for alfresco dining. After a full day out relax in the lounge with an evening watching the TV/DVD or listening to music, sitting contently on the leather sofas. Upstairs on the first floor, choose from two bedrooms, the comfortable double bedroom with TV, iPod dock and en-suite shower room and WC or the lovely twin which sits in the eaves of the property, complete with Velux window and stylish en-suite bathroom with bath and WC.

    Outside, there is an enclosed garden at the rear with lawn area, with charcoal BBQ available and garden furniture for you to enjoy al fresco meals in the sunshine. To the front is a shared garden. You are welcome to explore the site and meet the local residents including donkeys, ponies and geese, please ensure this is arranged with the owner. There is parking for two cars at the property.
