Great hotel and would stay again. Super clean, nice staff and nice rooms. Pool is a little small and busy so didn't go to it. Not a lot of main attractions or things to do within walking distance and felt safe around the hotel until we were a block or so away. We used Lyft a lot. Restaurant setting is nice, some good food some average, cocktails were good. Service was good not great. Few other restaurant options around but not a lot. Based on room and staff we would recommend and would stay here again.

Great hotel! Walkable to the Grand Central Market. Free shuttle service within 3 miles. They had afternoon treats like wine and appetizers. Truly a 5 star experience.

Excellent room with a view and top notch daily cleaning services. Pool and on-site restaurants were high quality. Conveniently located if you want to explore different parts of LA during your stay, with a 25-35 minute uber ride to Santa Monica or Hollywood Blvd and a quick ride to the Arts District or Dodger Stadium. Surrounding area includes a decent selection of restaurants and coffee shops in a walkable distance.

Excellent hotel located close to Amtrak and Union Station and Metro station. Hotel and room is clean and Check in was the best experience. They make you feel welcome right away. The valet service was very helpful. The luggage hold service was safe.
