Garden is a very very big plus point. What would make the garden complete are a few movable lounge chairs. The host and property manager were very quick in responding to all our request. Personne à notre arrivée. 2h plus tard nous réussissons à joindre le propriétaire en Asie via Whatsapp. Nous récupérons le code de la boîte à clef. Heureusement qu’à 20h un 15 août, le pizzaiolo était ouvert car vu l’état de la vaisselle nous n’aurions pas pu dîner. Le logement n’est absolument pas entretenu ! "The gite was very well equipped and comfortable. Probably one of the best we have stayed in over many years. The surrounding countryside is variable, with flat plains , hills and lakes. If you are interested in Ww1 the preserved trenches in the area are the best I have seen. Verdun and Nancy, which are a short drive away, are both historical and picturesque."
