“It was an excellent place to stay. The bed was warm and comfortable. All the amenities included an A/C, heater, safe, etc. Incredible South African hospitality. Great breakfast in the morning with incredible tasting Omelette made to your preference. The property is nice, with a beautiful garden. Did I mention the great hospitality? They are the best host of people. Cudos to the Owner, Chris, and the manager, Allison. My stay at Highgrove made the trip to South Africa more enjoyable. ”

“Clean but some kitchen equipment didn’t work. Sofa was old and sank at some places. Rooms were clean but basic. Showers were great. Dishwasher was filthy and unusable. Staff at the aparthotel were great and very helpful. Lastly, mix up on timings. Booking said 2pm check in but it was actually 3pm. Food was great at restaurant. ”

“Checking was at 14h00 and only they gave us the key after 15h00. The place wasnt clean, mayonase in the oven, bathrooms dirty and the towels were still drying in the dryer. No soap or shampoo to bath. The place had a bad odour. Vomit in the passage outside the apartment without cleaning. We expected way more as it was supposed to be a presidential suite and penthouse, but we stayed on the 12 floor and there were 14 floors. What we paid for is not what we got. Im sorry but we wont recommend this……
