There’s a hole in the shower of the downstairs mixed dorm, so showers can get cold. I stayed in an all-female room and my friend stayed in a mixed. The patio upstairs is rooftop style and nice. “The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times.
