We asked for a handicap room and they didn’t give it to us -said 2 handicap rooms were booked already. We actually needed 2 rooms with handicap accessibility and we had a fall in the tub due to lack of help from the hotel management. Never saw anyone else who would possibly need handicap rooms, we were there for 2 nights-paid way too much and no management all weekend to help us. Front desk staff did the best he could with his abilities without having management there."
