“Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers.”

Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. ”

“The property was very well maintained and equipped. Beautifully decorated and lovely enclosed outdoor area for our dog to play. The only downside was that the water flow was pretty inconsistent and it was very hot weather so a bigger fan would’ve been great as it gets very hot. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.”
