“Beautiful stay”

“I dont even know where to start this was a 10/10 experience from the staff to the views. Such a beautiful place the staff was so nice and helpful even when I was leaving someone walked me all the way to the lancha and carried my luggage. The hotel looks 10 times better in person. And the views are surreal make sure you wake up early to catch the sunrise!”

“I had a wonderful time staying here. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Communication was great, before arriving and during my time there. The room was perfect - incredible view, lovely balcony to sit out on, dependable wifi and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delivered, if you order it the night before and was delicious. You can see from the website pictures that the property is perched on the side of a steep hill, which allows for each “room” to have privacy and……

“The room was beautiful, the staff were very accommodating and Gaby& Jochen were so welcoming. Breakfast was amazing as were the dinners, especially with the incredible view. The view of the lake with the volcanos in the background is unbeatable! If you want a peaceful stay in lake atitlan this is definitely the place to be.”

“I spent one week at Amankaya and had a great time! Fernando is an amazing host that always goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The location is a bit secluded from everything but theres a boat that can pass by the lakehouse 3x a day which makes accessing all of the other villages very easy. There is complimentary water and kayaks available. The kitchen is very big and very well stocked. Theres also a lovely dog and 2 cats to keep you company. I'd recommend Amankaya to……

“The ambient, service and courtesy were fenomenal, the only thing I considered cumbersome will be how difficult the access road is, specially if guests will be bringing larger vehicles Road is too steep and narrow”
