“We had a great relaxing vacation and this cabin was perfect. We will be back”

“The room was clean, but this is more like a roadside motel. It served its purpose for a one night stage just a couple of hours, but I would not have been happy if I had to stay there any longer. They did have some little decorations up, but the property itself is dated. My comments are just geared towards the physical property. The staff and everything else is fine.”

“Location ,cleanliness”

“Great customer service, very friendly and welcoming. And the rooms was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect, walking distance to downtown shops ans restaurants. Would stay again.”

“Very nice and well maintained property. The staff was very courteous. I would definitely stay again.”

“I paid my reservation, but when I got there midnight, they said they didn't have room available.Terrible attitude, they don't care where I can sleep.I tried many phone calls to find a room, all failed.Terrible, terrible experience.I used to have a very good impression with Hampton, now I feel disgusting.”

“Check in was smooth and fast”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room could have been cleaner; the light over the sink didn't work, and the tub wouldn't stop draining, so I couldn't take a bath, but my main problem was all the bugs. I had 3 stink bugs come into the room, one thing with lots of legs, probably a type of centipede, but the worst one was the roach on the sink counter.”

“Overall, nice stay”

“Omar was really really helpful and very nice. This was a really clean and well put together. I will be back.”

“Anna was amazing during my 7 days at the hotel. Thank you very much. I will come back!!!”

“The room was not clean. There was soap scum in the shower clear down on to the floor. We did not use any of the amenities and didn’t even use the shower due to how dirty it was. The room was in a separate building about 2 blocks from the main hotel. There was no parking in the area of the room. I had to park at the main hotel and walk 2 blocks to the room. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had.”

“Bad attitude of staff”
