Great 10 day stay

Room was a little dated but overall great for our stay. Property was excellently managed and very quiet at night. Indigo restaurant (on site) was great and property was within walking distance to others and attractions we wanted to visit. Was also excellent our little dog was welcomed as well. Great vacation!

Patricia Grand Myrtle Beach

The Patricia Grand is a nice property. Staff was very friendly. A number of pools, indoor outdoor, hot tubs, outdoor food and bar, and inside cafe, too. It’s a busy place with 19 floors and dog friendly so keep that in mind. The unit was nice but a bit of a tight fit with a kitchen right across from the bathroom. If you have a family of 4, it may be a little cramped. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the property; easy access to the beach; good location. Overall 4 stars.

Horrible Place to stay

The room was very dirty when we got there, and they charge people a lot for cleaning fee. The phone in the room didn't work, and the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere when we turned it on. The staff there was very rude, and housekeepers didn't care when we asked for things. They looked at us, and walked away. If it was not for us making the best of it, we wouldn't have had a good time.

Was perfect get away

Was able to check in early. Workers were very pleasent and accommodating. Beds were super comfy with a beautiful view of the beach. The parking lot was super tight and hard to park big vehicles.

Access to everything..beach excellent. Room could have been a bit cleaner..had to sweep and wash the sand from the floor..clean around the toilet etc. Over all experience was fabulous. Next time a more private balcony and ocean view.

Myrtle beach

Just as I remembered from 30 years ago check in was smooth dirty floors in apartment went to front desk and asked if I could have a mop and bucket I would have gladly washed them myself but they sent somebody up right away he only used a spray bottle and mop it needed more then that matressses need replacing squiky and slopey but otherwise all good I see they were working on the place to get it ready for the busy season

Winter escape

Good experience all around...from finding a pet friendly condo, making our reservation and chech in. Traveled with my sister and her Yorkie, Luna. Great view from our room.

Not as advertised

Property rented was not ready by 4pm. We were exhausted after traveling for 10 hrs and were offered another unit that we were told was the same. The unit was dirty. All counter tops and appliances were coated with dirt. The only things clean were the beds. This is a nice location but due to the cleanliness and front desk staff (bad attitude) I will not be staying here.again.

Great place to stay right on the beach.

We had a great time staying here. View From balcony was great, hotel was nice with lots of amenities. Great location close to lots of tourist destinations. Parking garage across the street very accessible.

Good for price

Overall a good experience. The room we chose was on 4th floor and it was decorated nicely. It was pretty clean on check-in. Beds were not comfortable, squeaky and cheap mattresses.Nice, quick walk to the beach and close to restaurants/ shopping. There's a Starbucks in the lobby with great service. The property on whole could use a refresh/ updating. The front desk staff upon check- in were very fast but not at all friendly. Check- out staff was nice. I would suggest they stagger check- in and check- out times a bit because it was chaos and they don't have nearly enough luggage carts or parking in front to load vehicles. The elevators were SUPER slow, but clean. For the price, it was good.

Would stay again

We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is very tight though. It was hard to close the door. The amenities were great and right next to the beach. The elevators were probably my least favorite about the whole location. So many floors and there was always a line for the elevators that you had to wait 10 mins even. For the price. Its great for a little getaway.

Immensly Satisfied !!

Very clean room, nice comfortable beds, maintenence was very courteous and fast, Front desk super pleasant. Very nice dog park beside hotel, Janelle Front Drsk Manager was very sweet. I would stay here again. Absolutely.
