“Gorgeous property with genuinely lovely staff. The on-site naturalist Chamu was particularly fantastic. I wanted to address two things that I believe could genuinely help the property improve. 1. Staff seems mainly hired from local community, which is lovely. We found everyone to have the absolute right attitude and approach to service. However, more training is required. None of the staff knew what an iced latte was or how to make any iced coffee drink without adding a ton of sugar. Several……

“The 2 nights and 3 days spent in Silent Shores was some of our favourite times spent with the family. The Suite was spacious and well maintained (Other than one non working shower). “We chose this hotel as we needed to catch an early Flybus to Bengaluru Airport from the bus station across the road. It is also convenient for siteseeing and a short walk to the Palace. Reception efficient and upgraded our room when we complained of a smell in our bathroom. We found the jungle themed decor in the restaurants unpleasant. Breakfast choices quite good. No umbrellas and no shade for sun beds at the pool.”

“Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff.”

Ravi, my server with a smiling face provided exceptional service to get me Alu Palak and Tandoori roti which is my favorite! The next day I had the buffet which had such a great variety and every dish was so tasty. Kudos to the chef and his team! ”
