“Beautifully maintained building with amazing rooftop views and Condo was very clean. Location is idea to explore all that Charlotte has to offer and it is a very walkable city. Suggestion would be to add a couple of comfortable chairs in the living and upgrade the outdoor furniture on the balcony. We would gladly stay here again.”

“Perfect place. Second time is this unit. would stay again”

“The owner never sent us check in information and we called him over 30x. We were there for a concert on Saturday night but there were 160,000 people in town for concerts. VRBO offered to pay for ONE room for ONE night and we had 6 people. The VRBO lady wouldn’t even help me find more than one room because she said it was not her problem. I hope this guy loses his rental privileges. My weekend ended up costing me $2500 more than I’d planned but we were 6 hours from home with little choice”

“Our Executive team has to come to Charlotte for work from time to time and this neighborhood is beautiful and safe! Lots of places to walk, great coffee houses, and the apartment is super comfortable and the beds are amazing! You have everything you need! Great place to be near downtown! The check in was slightly complex as you have to submit a photo ID and that was an extra step I wasn’t expecting so, we arrived at 10pm at night for me to realize I didn’t have the check in info. The owners were……

“This is a cozy quiet second floor condo with parking right in front. There is a wonderful greenspace for long or short walks in nature and through a neighborhood. Bank of America stadium is 1/2 mile walk. There were a few details that need attention - the ice maker is a total nuisance. Would stay again if it gets fixed! ”

"Overall it’s a clean and convenient place to live. I like the room, but I don’t like for breakfast, there’s no microwave provided since I need to warm the milk. Please consider diverse needs of the customers. "
