“My mother and i had to change all the sheets ourselves rather then one of the feont desk staff as there was two and the cleaning ladies were gone we also had to pass the vaccum everywhere in our room as well. Blood stains on sheets and the comforter was all torn and there was bugs under one of the beds not bed bugs !! But nother kind silver with antena”
