“Great location. Cleanish rooms, great pool/hot tub. Reasonable rate”

“Old bldg material laying around on grounds. Grass was 8"tall (actual measurement). Sign on street was nothing but a frame. Room was clean but drain didn't drain well at all in tub. Slipshod repair done to closet wall.”

“Check in was smooth and easy. Continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday was satisfying... bagels, muffins, toast, juices, coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Nice variety. The rooms were clean, but the comforter had holes in it and questionable yellow stains. Little bit of an odd smell in the hallways. It is a dog friendly hotel though. Pillows were comfy. Housekeeping was very pleasant. Parking was good. Air conditioning worked Really well.”

“Dirty room. Carpet very stained up and left my feet sticky and gross. Ran out of toilet paper a couple of times in the middle of the night. Toilet plugged in the middle of the night and waited for a plunger until noon the next day. No elevator, so going up two flights of stairs to get to your room with a bunch of luggage, stroller, car seat, or baby made it very challenging. No automatic doors either, so the heavy doors slam on you as you’re trying to get in the door with your luggage and baby.……

“I've stayed here many times and keep going back because it is a great place to stay. From the outside this appears like any other highway motel with no-frills architecture and a good view of the interstate. What sets this place apart are the cleanliness of the rooms, their pleasant decor, the friendly helpful staff, and it's great location, not only close to the highway, but also close to thriving and picturesque downtown Hudson, ...and not far from the rest of the Twin Cities. “Check in service was fairly uninviting and unfriendly. Entered our room (313) and the toilet was running. Could not get it to stop. Maintenance man was friendly, but definitely overwhelmed and overworked. Had to go to hardware store for parts, still unable to fix it (it ran all night and through our check out). He also replaced a broken bulb on tall lamp. Stains on bedspread, couch, and desk chair (which also had lots crumbs stuck on it). The final frustration and YUCK factor was one of the……

“The property and room were very well-maintained and clean. The building was quiet all night. Staff were friendly and helpful providing us with extra towels quickly when we asked. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing grand or showy. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi staying up way too late for our own good! My partner and I highly recommend and know we'll return for our next overnight escape from the chaos at home.”
