“This was a one day stop over.. room was spacious.. clean.. front desk was efficient and nice.. full size fridge.. clse to alot of amenities ( gas food golf ) view was amazing. Would recommend and would stay again!! If have kids water park across street. Black out curtains would help only suggestion...”

I have stayed at many VRBO’s and no one has cared as much as Dan has about making sure all of our needs were met! We were even offered to check in early and stay later, which was such a nice perk! The location is amazing— everything is walking distance and we had a great time at the park, waterpark, and beach! If you are looking for a 10/10 experience I highly recommend this house! ”

“This was a trip back in time where we felt like we were staying in my grandparents farm house. Beautiful oak stairs, entry ways, etc. updated roomy kitchen with everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were updated, beautiful and everything worked great for being a old home. They updated everything wonderfully without compromising the old home feel. We LOVED staying there and spending time with family while being in iowa for my Mother’s funeral. We recommend it……
