"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this quaint, clean cottage by the ocean. The sunsets were beautiful, and the site is tucked away on a dead end, perfect for deep relaxation and making memories. On our 2nd day, however, maintenance workers came to prepare the other facility on the property and were rude to our guests, shortly telling them that they weren't supposed to be using the bike that was located in the unlocked shed and that they needed to return it immediately. "This little bungalow is newly renovated, complete with updated bathroom and appliances. Living room seating is a bit sparse. Only a couch and one chair. No other chairs in the unit. The kitchen is pretty well equipped but needs some mixing bowls and maybe a few wine/cocktail glasses. The location is noisy on a busy road. Gas station and conscience store across the alley. We would definitely stay here again. It is immaculately clean. "

"We were in RI for a wedding. The 2 bedroom home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had plenty of towels for us. It is conveniently located to Newport. We found a great coffee shop nearby and a bagel shop too. We would definitely look to spend time here again."

"Everyone in our group (me, my sister, my husband, and my dog) thought this cottage was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was comfortable, the deck was lovely, and the view was gorgeous. Nearby Colt park was awesome; we went there several times and enjoyed the walks and the view. We ate at Flo's and Salsa Burrito, as well as Provencal bakery, and all were great. Overall, just a wonderful vacation."
