“Everything was great only thing for me was there was no microwave in the room and it would been nice to have a coffee pot as well. But they do provide it but you have to walk down and use it..being on the third floor it was a bit inconvenient for me . But great spot and nice environment and the staff are really nice .. and the room was very clean and once again location to beach and downtown is awesome .”

“Perfect location near stores and friendly, welcoming staff at check-in. If you book with the understanding that this is a basic motel for a good price at the Jersey shore, then you will be happy. Don't book expecting a 5-star hotel. The king-size bed was comfortable and clean, with ample closet space and a basic bathroom. This was all we needed for a one-night visit with family. ”

“The Lamplight, as always, was spotless and well-maintained. The location can’t be beat- a block from the beach and super close to restaurants, shops and bars. My only wish is that each room would be supplied with its own Keurig. One of the treats of staying in a motel is waking up and having a coffee in your bedroom before you even get dressed. While coffee is available at the motel, I’d be happier not having to go outside and sometimes downstairs to get my morning caffeine fix!”

“The room was very clean . The staff was friendly and let us in early . The place is a little dated but other than that if your looking for a clean property that won’t break the bank , this is your place .”

“We had very good time .This was our Valentine’s Day short escape, place clean , stuff very friendly. Easy check in and check out . Good breakfast, but most we liked old , classic and very cozy atmosphere. Definitely we coming back ”
