“Last year when we ate breakfast there, there was a woman that kept everything stocked. It seems they got rid of her because we had to go to the main desk and ask for items. For example, we had to ask for green tea, yogurts, English muffins, knives, etc. I couldn't find any receptacles for recyclables (cans or bottles). The WIFI was VERY spotty. ”

“Jerome was fantastic!! Great suggestions on site seeings. Be sure to check out Buffalo city hall observation deck with 360 views of the city. He was a very nice guy. He also welcomed us with a text even though it was late and he was at work. Check in process was smooth with great directions on self check in and self check out. Cleaning process when leaving was the easiest I've ever had. The covered patio area was nice for morning coffee. Plenty of room for the 4 adults on our trip. Not a……

“We came to Hamburg from Arizona to visit my fiance's sister that he hadn't seen in almost 10 years and this apartment was perfect. The host was wonderful and gave us excellent instructions on how to get checked in a few days before our trip and made the process super easy. He answered any questions I had within 1-3 minutes and was so kind. The apartment was clean, very cozy and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great every night. Location was perfect, only a 5 minute……
