“The accommodation experience was great. I'm a little picky about beds but this one gave me a good night's sleep. The room was spacious and very quiet at night. I would book this hotel again next time I am here.”

“The worst hotel I have ever stayed, please avoid. Some staff were rude, told me to pick up my towels from the front desk after I complained that my room was not cleaned, and said 'it is a courtesy from them to bring any amenities to the hotel guests'. I stayed there for almost a week, yet my room was never cleaned even when I requested room cleaning service. I also saw some ants in my room. Disgusting”

“Facility clean and updated. However, windows need heavy drapes as only sheer lightweight ones in place. Not an issue if you are getting up at daybreak. Just don't plan on sleeping in. Staff very good. Location very convenient to courts/government/banks/library/offices. Very little retail left in DT Buffalo anymore. ”
