“The pool door was supposed to be open, it wasn't. There were no towels. The chlorine smell was overpowering, and the breakfast was mediocre, compared to the other Tru hotels I've stayed at. However, room was clean and everything else was fine.”

“The $100 deductible after you’ve already fully paid for a room just to have access to the bar is a bit excessive if you’re gonna do that it shouldn’t be $100 in my opinion but other than that great service great people nice clean establishment”
