“Location location location. Very surprised by the size in a good way. Therese is great host. Responsive and respectful.”

“My family and I had an absolutely amazing time. The view from the roof is something we won’t soon forget. It was wonderful being within walking distance from Fenway. We couldn’t have asked for a better Southside experience.”

“Jeff was an excellent host. Quick to respond to any questions. It is a lovely place to stay for that city feel. We were able to walk to foodies for groceries. Plus they had a deli and meat counter that was fabulous. In fact, that was our dinner one night after we’d been out site seeing all day. We bought stuff from Foodies to heat up for dinner. It was a good stay! Of note: I didn’t notice if it talked about this when I booked it but it is up three flights of stairs. Only a problem for...

“Brought my family of 5 to Boston for a Red Sox game and some sight seeing. We were able to walk basically everywhere and had the BEST TIME! The location was ideal, unit is immaculate with everything you’d ever need for your stay. I work for a STR management company, and self-managing is HARD! Amy does an incredible job and if I’m ever in Boston, I know where I’ll be staying. Thanks for everything.”

“Great location and A/C a huge plus! However, one of the beds was broken and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. In general, furniture is uncomfortable throughout. If we stayed longer than a weekend it would have been a bigger issue. The unit was surface clean but not consistently clean throughout. Host was excellent with communication prior to the stay. Easy access.”

“East access, great communication, clean and well done. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“A fantastic stay with fantastic hosts. Great location, really spacious and clean space, has everything you need for an extended stay in Boston.”

“A comfortable home in a fabulous location. We can't wait to come back again.”

“We stayed six weeks at the condo with a 9month old baby. Stewart was amazing with us and helped fix the AC problems. He provided us with playpen, highchair and bathtub which were helpful beyond words for our baby. The condo has everything you need even for a long stay. Living room was spacious and good to have a couple friends over for chats. Location is unbeatable. We love our walks along the commonwealth mall and Boston public garden so much. Restaurants, supermarket, the T and prudential...
