“Would tell anyone passing through that this spot is solid. Rooms have all you need along with cable TV.”

“Property is neat and clean. I stayed here with my family. It's located in heart of downtown but is quiet and safe. It's a hidden gem and great choice for a weekend gateaway. Beach is about 5 mins away by car. There's a park about 2 blocks away from the property. It can easily accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms. We had to request for pull out sofa as we had more folks in our party. Also, hygine products kit like bodywash, shampoo has to be separately requested upon check-in. Alisha……

“We were informed on our check-in day that our reservation were double booked. We were able to get alternate accommodation . This accommodation has a leak in the hallway roof and there were quite a bit of pet hair and debris blowing around the room. The power went out for a solid 3 hours. Base on this we forfeited the fee and moved to the hotel. We will say Alisha was responsive and really moved to address the booking mishaps.”

“Lakewood has a lot to offer, and this location was very convenient. I loved that we had a dedicated, assigned parking spot off the street. We did cook one meal there plus breakfasts, and that was helpful to have that kitchen. The bed was very comfortable with quality sheets. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it was very nice, for a very good price. I would go back again when visiting Lakewood.”

“Location's wonderful for quick beach access. Loved being so close without dealing with city noise!”

“Was happy about finding ample space since we were traveling with pets,no issues here! Plenty of room indoors kept them happy too!”

“The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and close to the venue we were attending. There were shops, restaurants and entertainment venue nearby, many within walking distance.”

“The property was in a great location and cozy, full of fun little touches tied into the beer theme. The hosts were also very attentive and responded within minutes whenever we had a question or request. The bathroom was definitely small, but they embraced it in such a funny way by framing the “smallest bathroom ever” reviews above the toilet.”

“Tiny but functional space that worked for my husband and I and our dog for 5 nights. Great neighborhood location to get to lots of local sites and near plenty of restaurants and shops. Nice to have kitchen, and bedroom is roomy with desk and chair which helped to be able to work remotely as needed. Bathroom is definitely tiny and some larger people may not fit in toilet area between 2 walls. Also no door on bathroom, just beaded curtain, not an issue for us as a couple but just want to note……

“Such a charming little place and the perfect landing spot for us while in town for a weeklong event. Very clean and as described in the listing. Thank you for sharing your home!”

“Place was decent but AC units weren't strong enough to cool off entire area. AC in bedroom was great as long as you shut the door. It seemed the AC in the kitchen wasn't working properly. Other than that it was fine”
