“excellent property in a wonderful neighborhood, close to downtown ”

“excellent food options nearby and fully stocked kitchen-fridge is outside your door- Slightly inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Has comfortable beds, stayed here twice with increasingly nosy strange neighbors that don't appear happy their neighbor is a B&B - overall vibe "invasive". ”

“Host was unhelpful with several issues in the home, most of them minor, but excessive ice on the front steps made them unusable and I was told "maintenance" would stop by to address it and never did. ”

“Melissa was wonderful to work with, and very accommodating to our needs. The place is lovely, a good size, and had everything we needed to feel welcome and at home. We will definitely be returning on our next visit. And, the lounge downstairs was the perfect place for us to have a cocktail and wait out our long wait for dinner at a nearby restaurant. ”

“Place was great! Only 2 gripes were the driveway and stairs were not even attempted to be shoveled & the house would not warm up past 62 no matter how high we set the heat.. bring layers and hats!”

“Was as pictured. Could use updating of interior doors and painting refreshed on the walls. There was no air conditioning but the ceiling fans and window breeze helped. Didn’t realize it was above an active bar. Street parking can be a challenge. But overall I am pleased with my stay. The area was very walkable and the apartment was charming and the perfect size and set up for me. I would definitely stay there again. Host was responsive and thorough with communication. ”

He was very responsive when emailing on this site. He made special accommodations for us without me even asking. He was always very friendly. Communication was great. “The house actually has 4 bedrooms and 4 beds. It was perfect for our stay in Cleveland. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the kitchen, and the place is well stocked. Plenty of cookware, detergent, etc. At the time of booking, it said "garage parking", but you park in front of the garage in a driveway not in it. Tons of space, games, etc. Close to everything. I'd definitely stay there again.”
