“Bien por su ubicacion ya que esta a escasos minutos del aeropuerto de Hanoi. Pero es lo único bueno que tiene. Habiamos reservado una habitacion con camas separadas y nos dieron una sola cama. Nos cambiaron a la habitacion que habiamos reservado y no salia agua caliente, ademas la habitación estaba muy fria por lo que estabamos congelados. Resulta que el termo estaba apagado, tuvimos que escalar por la pared ya que estaba prácticamente en el techo para poder encenderlo. Aun asi tardó mucho en...

“They did not give me the room I booked, they gave me a very basic one which was old and not in the best conditions, I could not even stay for 1 night, did not feel comfortable at all”
