“Finding a pet friendly place is always a challenge but this was a life changing revelation! Location was perfect family very close by, accommodations superior, including linens & kitchen utilities. Am returning in 3 weeks wish place was available... NO MORE HOTELS while on Long Island, Thank god. I'm a senior and had some difficulty with on-line communications but figured it out. Would have liked a phone #.”

“This is my third year staying at this property. I have friends that live around the area so it is a nice quiet private space to reconnect. Paul the host is always quick to respond to any concerns I may have while staying. My dog Angel is in heaven literally 5 steps to the water . The beach and people are so kind and friendly. Love it!”

“Check in and check out were very easy. The owner replied quickly to my questions. The home was clean and comfortable. The location is very close to major highways with a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood itself was quiet. ”

“Brand new, state-of-the art temperature control system; spacious, private little cottage. Large kitchen area with dining room, pleasant tv room; located minutes from the village of Huntington. Large bathroom located on ground floor, bedrooms upstairs. A chill host, who did not get angry at me for locking myself out, very kind. Felt very welcome there, no fuss, easy-peasy. I would gladly rent that property again.”

“My family stayed three nights at this lovely home. Our stay was nightly only. The home is very clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the lazy boy couch to watch TV. The beds are very comfortable. This home would be the perfect large family gathering place. The pool and yard are beautiful. ”

“We came to Long Island for a military retirement ceremony, this was our first time here and this cottage was perfectly located. Close to Islip airport, short drive to Port Jefferson for the ceremony, and close enough for a day trip up to the Hamptons and Montauk. The cottage itself was wonderful. Perfect amount of old and new. The landscaping and property made it feel very private.”

“Check in couldn’t be easier! As soon as you walk in this home you will instantly feel at home! The quaint decor and attention to details are special and welcoming. The kitchen has a cute little stocked coffee bar and hand labeled canisters with tea and hot chocolate! Bed is super comfy and there are window units for hot nights. Bathroom has the essentials including hair products and shower gel. The large backyard is quiet and I enjoyed sitting out and listening to the birds in this quiet...
