“Overall this property served its purpose. The area was a little rough around the edges but the location was convenient for getting both to Berkeley and San Francisco. The property was is some need of repairs. The gas dryer was not connected to gas and didn’t have any heat, the kitchen was functional but some of the cabinets were falling apart. The beds were comfortable and the space was ample for our group of seven.”

“Lovely four bedroom two bath cottage in a great neighborhood… GREAT backyard! Beds are incredibly comfy, kitchen is well outfitteD. We were 5 adults, LR might be tight for more people. There is no AC, and we had a brief hot spell, but there are ceiling fans, and stand-up fans, so only 1 or 2 days were a bit warm. Owner was a joy to deal with, lots of helpful hints and very flexible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ”
