This was a great stay in Oceanside for a family of 10. All the amenities plus more like mini putt, pool, grill, foozball, pool (the game), and ping pong made it enjoyable for adult and kid family activities. The location is great too as it’s just a 10-12 min drive to the beach and nicely tucked in its neighborhood for peace and quiet. Would recommend to any big family. Couldn’t get the jacuzzi water to heat up but that was the least of our worries and maybe something we were doing wrong. Would recommend to any big party 100% and will consider coming back here if ever in Oceanside again.

Perfect for large family Oceanside Vacation

Perfect in every way - location; close to downtown and the beach. Home had everything we wanted or needed. A lot of rentals for large families skimp on dishes, seating, towels, etc, but not this place! Well stocked with everything we needed. We went to the beach in the morning 0played in the pool and the hot tub the rest of the day. Barbecued, watched movies, played games! Grandparents, Adult children, six grandchildren 6-19. Everyone had a bed! We loved this place!

Great stay at a well-appointed property

The family had a great time at this property. It was well-appointed with a lot of options for the kids. The kitchen was well-stocked with multiple coffee items and spices and plenty of pots and pans and appliances. The pool is great and the heated whirlpool hot tub was a nice touch. We did not need a heated pool.

Perfect vacation

As a family of 5 adults we were all very impressed, comfortable and completely entertained with this rental. The house was immaculately clean, the linens, towels, laundry area and kitchenware were all provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the putting green, pool, hot tub, game room and games. It was easy to access freeways, shopping and restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner was extremely prompt answering any questions and was a pleasure to work with! We would definitely recommend this rental and would happily stay here again!

Family Birthday Celebration

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Perfect place to gather with friends or family. Well appointed; the kitchen is stocked with the tools you need. Quality linens. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. The house has everything you need. Pool is well maintained. The property is set back from the street and offers a lot of privacy. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Our favorite stay in Oceanside!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This home in Oceanside, CA, exceeded all expectations and made for the perfect getaway!The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and fun local attractions. Whether we wanted to explore Oceanside or just relax at the house, everything was within easy reach.The highlight for us was the huge pool and spa—absolutely stunning! It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful California weather. There were plenty of lounge chairs, and the setup made it feel like our own private resort.The home was packed with so many games and activities—from a game room to outdoor entertainment, there was something for everyone. We loved having so many options to keep the whole family entertained.The house itself was immaculate. Every room was sparkling clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. It was also extremely spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The layout was perfect, and everything was designed with comfort and convenience in mind.It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of thought into every detail. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to extra towels. Great vacation house!

The house was amazing. Super cute and lots to do. There were great entertainment areas, TV's, pool table, plus many other activities and games. The pool hotub were nice. The house had everything we needed. It was also a little more secluded feeling and had a massive driveway. I had some questions during the stay and they were responsive through the VRBO app. I would stay here again.

Nice place

Great property, very cute and clean. Very welcoming with fun things to do in the game room. Hot tub and pool weren’t heated. I reached out to the host, who responded quickly with options to pay extra to heat the pool, and directions for the hot tub. The hot tub directions didn’t work. It stayed ice cold. Overall would stay again, just hoping the hot tub can be fixed.

Perfect Home for Family with Kiddos

Amazing home! 3 kids between ages 6 - 11 were never bored! House was clean, well stocked, perfectly organized. Excellent communication with the host when needed. It was the perfect stay for our first Christmas together as a blended family of 5. Thank you for helping us make special memories!

Perfect for our family

Very clear communication, host is very responsive to messages, check in directions were clear. Property was very clean and exactly how described - we had everything we needed for my family group of 7, ages 4-67. Overall a great experience, we would definitely recommend this property!

Family Vacation Dream

If you have a family vacation coming up this is the place to stay. Plenty of amenities, quiet, close to beaches and restraunts, with plenty of stuff to cook at home if you so desire. Would recommend to anyone with a large group of people.

Don't walk but RUN to this property!

Looking for a slice of heaven between San Diego and Anaheim/Disneyland, this is it! This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at and we've been at many. Great communication. Spotlessly clean. Very organized and labeled with everything you may need. Comfy beds. HUGE Pool with lots of other outdoor fun like fussball, bags, horseshoe, giant connect 4 along with pool toys and a jungle gym and putting green out front. Indoors there is a pool table/table tennis and Pac Man machine. We also used the workout area in the garage very morning. At night all the lights come on and it's even more impressive outside. Very private, fenced but yet close enough to everything. Much of San Diego is within 30 mins without traffic. The Carlsbad and Oceanside areas are fun to explore as well. If you're looking for a great family oasis where you can sight see or just stay at the house all day, this is it! We'd definitely come back and hope to do so someday.

Amazing Group Getaway!

Wow! We had an incredible stay at Casey’s property. The house and pool are so much bigger in person than in the listing, in my opinion. My bridal party and I stayed here before our wedding and were able to enjoy all the amenities and it was truly the best experience :) Between cooking on the grill outside to enjoying the indoor game room, we could have not picked a better place to stay. Thank you so much!

Great options

So we are a group of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 7-9 and despite the unexpected atmospheric river we enjoyed the property very much. The pool table with ping pong option, Pac-Man game in the game room were life savers! Once the sun came out, we used the grill and enjoyed the pool. The jacuzzi and pool heating is separate but I think folks wouldn’t mind it if you included the jacuzzi heating cost into the stay (understand the pool is a larger cost). Plenty of room, kids liked the bunk beds, confess I did not use the treadmill but appreciated having yoga mats and for the beach, kids used the boogy boards. Kitchen had kids plates and plastic options and plenty of plate and glassware. Maybe 2 more wine glasses to make it 4 would be good. We did run out of toilet paper and paper towels so if your family prefers paper, bring some extra. Outdoor pool chairs and umbrellas were in good condition. Wish there was one of those rolling self moving bottom of the pool cleaning things. Close to freeway to go to Carlsbad, flower fields and LEGOLAND. Thanks!
