“We booked a three-bedroom apartment at ULIV because it was close to the Canadian embassy, where we had an appointment. My son and I arrived late, and since I had never been to Mexico City before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say that the apartment was very spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. I did encounter a minor situation when I got locked in the bathroom due to a faulty lock. However, the staff responded quickly and came equipped with tools to help me get out.……
