"The toilet wasn’t working when we checked in. We’re told there were no other rooms available. They finally sent someone to fix it. No bath towels in the room, called and was told someone would bring them to the room. had to go to front desk to get them. Asked to take paper plates and plastic ware back to room as the suite had no eating utensils. Was initially told no, after employee got manager was told ok. We did not take any. Bought our own paper plates and plastic ware. Staff was not responsive to any of our initial concerns, only acted after a second request. This was our first and last stay at Fairfield Inn"

"I have stayed at this property several times before, which is why this recent stay was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. While I still love the location and appreciate being close to restaurants and shopping, there were several issues that impacted the quality of my stay. The breakfast quality and variety have noticeably declined. Staying for six nights and being served the same cold breakfast options every morning became frustrating. Adding a few hot breakfast options throughout the week, such as eggs, bacon, sausage, or rotating items, would greatly improve the experience. Cleanliness in the breakfast area was also concerning. I noticed small flies around the coffee station, and flavored creamers were often left sitting out unrefrigerated, creating concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I understand rooms are cleaned only upon request, but fresh towels should still be provided daily without guests having to repeatedly ask for them. Having to remember to request towels every day became inconvenient. The room cleanliness was also disappointing. The bathtub had visible dirt film around it upon arrival, requiring me to disinfect and clean the bathroom myself. Another major concern was guests smoking marijuana directly outside the entrance and lobby doors. This created an unpleasant experience entering and exiting the property and should be restricted to designated smoking areas away from entrances."

"When other hotels are offering free parking and free breakfasts, it's hard to get used to the policy where you have to pay for both. It would be FAR less irritating if they would just put those charges into the room rate so they aren't sticking it in your face. Of course, if they did that their room rates would be even higher than what they are. The room was comparable to other hotels in the area but with more road noise than I like to hear. I will not be back."

"Exspedia allows you to pick the amenities that your looking for my husband and I are handicap and everytime we reach the hotel they know nothing of this list would you send him that info , because the owner thinks It DOESN'T EXIST AND IM TIRED OF NO ACCOMMODATIONS AND RUDE PEOPLE ON YOUR EXSPEDIA SITE WHICH I ALWAYS THOUGHT WAS RELIABLE. 3RD TIME THIS YEAR!!!!"
