“Very responsive team, property was exactly as described. Nice perk is their “starter kit” that provides some basics so you don’t have to run to the store for TP, garbage bags or shampoo. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Only suggestion would be some type of curtain or shade on the upper windows in the bedrooms.”

“We enjoyed staying very much. Great location for CMA FEST. A few more towels and dish towels would be helpful. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms. Also had cleaning items including dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. We were comfortable in the beds. Definitely will stay again.”

“The condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, and parking is right at the front door. Nice river views! The Cumberland River Greenway, a very nice walking path, is located just a few steps over the grass strip after exiting the condo parking area and is nice walk to downtown. We walked south, parallel to the river, all the way to Broadway. We also walked west and past Sounds ballpark and then south down 5th Ave to downtown. We didn't use the pool, but pool and pool deck……

“I was looking for a place close to the Third Man Records place, because my husband was going to be photographing a show there. I didn't love the neighborhood when I was researching, but it was so close and looked so nice, I went ahead and booked it. And we LOVED it! So cute, and we felt safe. With the underground, gated garages, and the electronic locks everywhere (which were also very convenient), we felt secure. The condo itself, was adorable and decorated so nicely. Perfect size for us, and……

“The rooms were nice, big and bright. Carpet and couch were stained. Nice big balcony but had to share it with multiple trains coming in and out all night and morning. High rise being built beside, starting construction at 6am. Lots of blankets and towels, outdoor pool was nice and warm but had to listen to trains and no real peace Walk was alright to broadway/downtown, you are located directly beside a homeless shelter/church, which was fine, just not what we are used to.”
