“The location is great with nearby theatres, restaurants and walkable distance to Times Square. Clean room. The staff also initiated airport private transfers to JFK so we didn’t have to call for a taxi nor uber. Reasonably priced of US 95 per ride. The only thing is the corners of the beds, where the corners of the bed frame stick out and me and my boys been hitting ourselves and ended up with bruises.”

“I was really looking forward to staying at Kixby, especially given its excellent reviews, but unfortunately, the experience was a little disappointing.
First, although the bathroom was clean, the grout was visibly worn and had become quite dark in places. This made the bathroom look less clean than it actually was and detracted from the overall impression of the room.
Another disappointment was the lack of an espresso machine in the 24/7 beverage room. They do offer several types of coffee,……

“All Accor messed up my booking and I have a hard time to check into the hotel. I have to check in and out for 2 times during the 3 days stay. Usually my stay used to be very good. This time, the phone and the hair dryer are not working in my room. The package I got with breakfast included was not showed in the hotel reservation. In general, the All Accor booking system made this stay a bad one.”

“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature.
For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included.
We’ll look for other options next time for……

It’s a good choice for short-term travel! The room is not big, but very new and clean! There are also breakfast coupons every day, which I didn't expect. It's very close to Midtown. To be honest, there were too many people staying in Midtown for a few days. The distance here is just right and it's very convenient to go to various attractions! The hotel staff are also very nice! Thanks!
Dolly
