Dirty and not safe for toddlers
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME ENERGY AND MONEY!!!!! Unless you want to spend your vacation cleaning up other peoples nasty and trying to contact VACASA. When we arrived at 2am with our two little kids after a long travel day we arrived to absolute nastiness. Toenails all over the patio that our two year old was picking up, wrappers in the drawers, food all over the utensils and crumbs in cabinets. Bugs and hair in the fridge, standing bath water that wouldn’t drain properly. Someone’s dirty socks. Very disappointed that I spent the first part of my first vacation as a mom of two cleaning up strangers mess when I paid as much as I did to stay. Out of all my experiences with VRBO I have never had an experience like this and I had expected that because VACASA, a reputable rental company was the host that we would have no issues. However that was the opposite. I didn’t want a stranger coming in to clean while our stuff and children were there. I wanted the place we paid all that money for to just be clean. Please save yourself the trouble and do not book this condo. The sad part is the condo is cute and the amenities are nice, it’s the poor cleaning and lack of help for the vacasa team make it where it shouldn’t even be listen on VRBO.
