Summerchase PH2 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, STUNNING PENTHOUSE with incredible Gulf-front views from the 13th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and two bedrooms

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Unit features a fully equipped kitchen that has everything needed in your home away from home. The large dining area has seating for eight, and there are four additional bar stools.

• A washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sleeper sofa

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has two full-size beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• The fireplace and Sauna are inoperable

• A maximum of two cars are allowed

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Summerchase PH2 was the perfect place for our family. Having 2 master suites offers plenty of privacy, and the location is excellent. Close to anything you need during your stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderfully Peaceful with Beautiful Ocean Views

This was our second time staying in PH2 with 9 people and it was just as great as the first time. Beautiful balcony views, very spacious throughout the condo and plenty of storage in kitchen. We would highly recommend this to anyone

Having ice machine very nice.Would definitely rent this unit again.- Stove burners not very consistent- Oven doors hard to open- Dishwasher did not always clean dishes very well- No extra sheets and no blankets in unit

place was stunning and big! pictures were accurate, well stocked kitchen. location was awesome as there are no high-rise condos on either side so this beach was not crowded and gave folks more space to space out. convenient to grocery store across the street and on the less traffic end of orange beach strip....will be back

Great Stay!

We are a family of four with teenagers. This is a beautiful condo. It is well kept and was very clean. Great location and the beach was wonderful. The property manager was top notch. They were easy to contact and were very helpful. I really liked the daily text telling us the beach conditions. We had a great time and will definitely visit again.

Family Time

We walked in and was in awe of the spaciousness and view. Hidden in cabinets were lots of games, puzzles and Legos. The whirlpool tub was gigantic. My most loved feature was a dining table for 10. We were able to have meals together. Summerchase Condos had both an outdoor and heated indoor pool, and jacuzzi. We look forward to returning.

Best Vacation Yet!

Our family had a blast and highly recommend PH2! This was our third time staying in this condo and it never disappoints! The kids love the fact that there are board games and cards already there for late night fun or raining days. There's even a book collection of several different authors if you forgot your book or finished the ones you brought ;-) It also has an ice machine so there's no need to run to the store to fill your cooler up before heading to the beach.

Wonderful

Clean, clean, clean! I cannot day enough wonderful things about this unit. It was huge and had so much room. The best part is that is was SO clean! I was so happy to have a nice, clean place. We’ll definitely be back!

CLEAN, SPACIOUS, WONDERFUL!

This penthouse was absolutely wonderful. MUST be maintained by wonderful people, as well, that care about how people feel when they stay! My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon here and can't wait to return! I had one minor complaint. The jacuzzi tub was pretty much unusable due to running out of warm water so quickly. We spent a lot of time trying to use but never could get enough water in it to use. My advice - tankless hot water heater! Other than that, no complaints!

Outstanding property in Orange Beach

Our family recently stayed at Summerchase PH2 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures truly don't do justice to this rental. It is spacious and clean, with amazing views from the balcony. As other reviewers have mentioned, the living room furniture does feel worn, but this did not impact our stay at all. Household supplies were limited and we were happy that we brought extra paper products, trash bags, etc. We would definitely return to this property!

Summer 2024

Our beach vacation in Summerchase P2 was really everything we wanted!! The amount of room that this condo has is amazing. We have always rented a house but this was just as big!! Views were spectacular.. large patio made it so easy to enjoy day and night! It could use some updating.. couches, towels… over all we loved it!! Love the table in dining that seats 10! We will be back next year for another Orange Beach adventure! GH

Feels like home

This was our first time staying here and compared to a larger resort this was amazing because we didn’t have to fight the crowds for the elevator or indoor pool. The condo was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue was jacuzzi tub wasn’t working but Managment sent someone the next day to look at it. Can’t wait to come back!

I don’t like the fact that there’s a two car limit when I had 4 adult and 4 children listed as occupants on the property. Each adult reside is different states and drove down. We had to park across the highway in a shopping center.

Over all, nice!

The condo was overall great. My only complaint was that the towels and linens seemed a bit cheap/low quality. Towels were thin and small, and there were not many washcloths and hand towels stocked for the 6 of us staying in the condo, so we had to wash each day so we didn’t run out. The sheets were rough/not soft. I feel like other than that, everything was great. Tons of space and kitchen was well stocked. Nice balcony furniture, and great view.

Room to Dance!

Condo was as described with plenty of room for our family of four adults and one 9-year-old. Plenty of room to dance in the kitchen and living area while cooking, plenty of room on the balcony (seating for nine) and a bathroom for each bedroom made for a most excellent stay. The condo is super easy to reach if you come down the Baldwin Express ($5 toll) with very quick and convenient access to the marina, a Publix, a pharmacy, and some really good restaurants. After a day of fun at the beach, the gulf waves will lull you to blissful sleep. My only (minor) recommendation is to bring your own standard size pillowcases for the beds if you have sensitive skin or in case you get a touch of sunburn. The ones at the condo were a bit scratchy to me (but…sensitive skin). All in all, a wonderful stay at a very family oriented condominium complex.

Beautiful and relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property is beautiful! My only complaints are minor- the master shower was full of sand and there were no bath mats or anything on the floor so we had to use our towels to put on the floor. I suggest getting some bathroom floor mats. Everything else was perfect!
