"The room was nasty the bed was broken the shower the water wouldn’t go down check out came the lady tried to give me a fake 100 bill got mad"

"Spacious room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great water pressure. Good value. Convenient location. Quiet area. Love having laundry facilities on each floor. Decent breakfast. Only recommendations: A. stock rooms with pillows that do not have feathers to accommodate guests with allergies. B. Check shower dispensers to refill if necessary. "

"Sara was amazing. She and one other coworker were the only ones working, and they were handling the front desk, bar, and kitchen all at once. With both a basketball and softball tournament going on, the place was packed with kids and families, but she stayed calm, professional, and kind the entire time—even dealing with a few rude customers. She truly went above and beyond and absolutely deserves a raise! "

"Breakfast below average: choice of prepackaged muffins or granola bars, coffee and oatmeal. No room to sit in, just a table with food in bins to choose from. No available extra pillows and just one extra sheet because the manager was washing a load when requested. White refrigerator clean on inside but rusting on the outside of the door, definitely didn't want to touch. Carpet ripped up. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower tub had residue, but water pressure was good."

"When I booked I didn’t realize this was an extended stay. My first bad encounter was with the staff when I requested an iron. She told that there was not an iron available and she didn’t know when she would have one. I did ask if that was common for other guests that they have booked, to not be able to accommodate something as small as an iron? To which the staff at the front desk proceeded to get an attitude with me. I then requested a refund, due to the attitude of the staff. Upon returning to the room to collect my belongings, there were two pitbull’s loose in the hotel hallway and running directly at me. There were so many things wrong, that I’m glad I decided to cancel my stay. When I returned to the front desk, she then offered to call around to other rooms that had an iron to see if she could get one and asked if I would like to change my mind about the stay. I declined and booked a room next-door at the countryside Inn, which provided excellent service. I was at this hotel for less than an hour when all this occurred! They still kept one nights stay so I was out that money. They also charge 10.00 if you want clean towels and only offer cleanings every 14 days. Please save yourself the headache, book elsewhere! "

"This is an older property so have appropriate expectations. Lots of road noise but room was clean and the A/C kept the room appropriately cooled. "
