“Though we did not actually stay here, the customer service was fantastic. We booked 2 rooms for a night. I checked in the early afternoon to make sure the rooms were on the same floor. They changed things around to make that happen. Later, due to unforeseen circumstances, we no longer needed the rooms. When I explained this to Lori, the front desk agent, she allowed us to cancel with no hassle, even a few hours after the deadline. I will rebook here another time and appreciate the...

"Está en construcción y no lo informan en la app, aparte cobran como si el hotel estuviera en óptimas condiciones, publicidad engañosa, pues las fotos de las habitaciones no son iguales a las que entregan para hospedarse, el golpe y la limpieza de mi habitación era terrible aunque la empleada que me hizo el check in, me la cambió y están un poco mejor, de verdad no lo recomiendo "
