“The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.”

“The apartment was well located. There isn’t an elevator so luggage has to be schlepped up 33 steps. You’re warned about this in the entry instructions. The loft bedroom has a low ceiling. My 6 ft.3in husband had to be careful not to bang his head. Other than that, we had a very nice stay in the apartment.”
