“Home was well maintained - host was very helpful. Only concern was cleanliness of carpet in main living area. I think it may need carpet cleaning as my kids feet were black post shower when they'd walk on carpet. ”

“Overall the place was nice. Kitchen did not have any hot pads, had to use a tea towel to remove pan(s) from stove/oven. A shelf in the shower would've been nice as there is no space for toiletries on the rim of the tub. Only place to hang towels was above the toilet on the opposite side from the shower - need to put a hook on the wall next to shower to hang towel for when get out. Only 2 towels were provided for 2 adults staying for 6 nights - had to wash them (thankful there was a washer/dryer……

“Cozy 2-bedroom condo in fabulous location close to downtown Phoenix. We stayed here for the women’s basketball Final Four at the Mortgage Matchup Center. The Center was an easy walk downtown through a vibrant neighborhood with lots of great restaurants (Tom Wong!), bars, shops, and a museum. The condo is in an older building that is very quiet. ”

“I was disappointed staying here. It absolutely did not sleep more than maybe 3 people. The bathroom was dirty. This is as bare bones as you can get- no amenities, no shampoo, or lotion or anything in the bathroom, no coffee or anything in the kitchen. The pool was ok, but the neighbors weren't kid friendly. I didn't feel super safe here. Wouldn't come back. ”
