"The property and water smelled like sewage. We were told to let the water run. The smell still persisted so we were unable to shower at the property. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. There were dead bees and lady bugs in the carpet. The bedding was not fresh it smelled musty. The WiFi did not work and there is very little reception in that particular area so communicating with others was difficult. The lights upstairs did not work. "I loved that when I checked in, the person who greeted me was engaging & kind. However, one of my kids left their plushie and mini blanket on the couches, and the following day it was still there. I was surprised that no one decided to check the area and place the items behind the counter as lost & found. My kids and I enjoyed everything else. Breakfast was good (except the biscuits). I saw the staff always stocked up when it was starting to run low. Thanks for the stay. "
