They were jackhammering the exterior of the building, leaving dusty debris all over our car. A third of the parking lot was taped off for the heavy equipment. “My husband tried to unclog the 50 year old tub. I let Kelly know. She further related that “there had to be an emergent” call with maintenance” to glue soap dish back in place. She made a blatant lie in the message that we had “ripped” off the soap dish. The rules and demands for everything that is expected of the guest is RIDICULOUS! “The room was cute and clean. It gets hot in the bathroom if the door is closed when taking a shower. The issues I encountered with knowing the room number caused me anxiety, but the issue was resolved. I will reserve this location in the future.”
