"Wir haben uns im Happynest sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und auch das Raumklima im Haus ist sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht - sogar Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer, das war wirklich prima! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Für unseren Aufenthalt war der Standort in Jena-Lobeda ideal. "

In der Küche war alles vom Flaschenöffner über Streichhölzer, Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, Kinderstuhl aus Holz und vieles mehr. Selbst ausreichend Flaschen für den SodaStream. "It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. "The real stand-out was the breakfast. It had absolutely everything, including champagne. The staff were generally friendly, although we did overhear a conversation where one member of staff was the opposite of friendly. Otherwise, staff were just wonderful.
