“The staff at this hotel is incredibly slow and unhelpful. We asked about a leaking bathroom pipe, but it wasn’t fixed even after two days. Parking is mandatory and they charge extra, even though the hotel is in a remote location. The breakfast is also mediocre.”

“THIS is the place to stay when staying near Saint Jean De Luz. We actually decided to book here last-minute after our other hotel (highly rated, btw) was lackluster and we wanted to keep the good vacation vibes going. This is a renovated estate with the original building dating from the 1600s. We stayed in the smallest room, but even this was super well appointed and comfortable for two people. The pool area is amazing, and it's so nice to have a Michelin-rated restaurant as part of the auberge.……

“Nous avons adoré le Bizipoz à Saint jean de Luz! Magnifique hotel neuf (2025) très propre, beau mobilier, beaucoup de tablettes et de crochets pour aider dans la chambre à s'organiser. Emplacement parfait central à quelques pas du marché, de la place principale. Excellent accueil de notre chien (bols et lit fournis) avec un cookie de bienvenue. La climatisation bien appréciée lors de la canicule juillet 2026. Il y a un petit ascenseur utile pour les bagages. Il y a une petite salle de sport et……

“This hotel in my opinion, occupies one of the best positions along the La Concha promenade and importantly has a terrace which many other properties do not. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The in-room amenities were well thought out. We stayed in a delux room with a sea view. There is a pillow menu available and my feather pillow was delivered within minutes of asking for it. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and everything refreshed regularly so it was all fresh. ……
