The room was clean and the maintenance staff were on hand every day to freshen the place up. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the location was great for getting into the old town or walking around the main areas of the city

Brilliant hotel. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and rooms were immaculately clean. Spa area was good as the weather was too bad to sit on the roof pool area. Breakfast was great.

Reception staff were excellent, Roger in particular was very helpful and knowledgeable. We chose not to have the breakfast but it looked very nice. The spa facilities and the roof top pool area were a really great added bonus.

Besr healthy breakfast and Capuchinno in world i spent and grew-up in italian country Luz best Barista on globe Rooms extremely comfortable. Fantastic hotel! The room was beautiful and clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. Great proximity to the old town, the market, restaurants, and public transportation. Roof top pool and bar was excellent - would definitely recommend!

Great location to visit Bilbao. Riverfront and across from the Old Quarter. Walking distance to all the Pinxtos bars. 1 mile from the Guggenheim Museum, but the cable car is across the street. Breakfast is really good with Cava being poured. The gym is better than most hotels with free weights and pulley machine. The gym has its own shower and bathroom. Overall, great stay and location.
