“The house is clean, equipped, and exactly what I expected. The price is very good and saved us a lot of money over hotels for this many people. The location is not as nice as we were hoping for, it is near a train yard, and car wash. That said, we felt safe, and only heard trains occasionally. It did not disturb our sleep. It did not feel skanky at all, just a little different location than I was expecting. There were four queen sized beds, we didn’t look for where they are counting the other...

“We needed a place to land while attending a function at Niobrara for 2 days. Just a place to bed down and clean up after a poker run. The bungalow was very clean, had a expansive deck complete with fgas firepit table and high boy chairs plus a couple rockers. Even has a gated area where we could park the bikes off the street. Nice. The basement seemed newly remodeled with 3 twin beds, but the steps are a bit steep for old knees. We didn't have time to watch tv but never could figure out that...

“We were very happy with our stay. There was an issue with the coffee pot, but we managed, the owner said they would take care of it, when I let her know. The "game room" as my family called it was fun for all ages.”
