“We had a great stay! The room was just as the photos. There were towels, tea, a hairdryer, and a kettle. At the entrance, there were recommendations for bars, restaurants, and activities. The location is also great! What could have been better was communication prior to arrival. I had to fill out a long form to receive check-in instructions, and I also had issues with the instructions. Contact via WhatsApp was helpful and quick in resolving the issues.”

“We had a great time in Ghent. The apartment was small but clean and newly renovated. The location was a buzzy student area with lots of bars and fast food outlets, which was fun, but could get a little rowdy on weekend evenings. “Le logement est bien placé, mais le plus gros de la communication se fait via WhatsApp. Demande de formulaire en ligne etc .. l'annonce prévoit un appartement il s'agit d'une chambre avec accès à la cuisine commune étroite en mal conçu dans laquelle la machine à laver tourne en permanence. Concernant la chambre, propre, mais manque un rideau au vasistas, la douche a un réglage compliqué et le robinet et monté à l'envers, la bouilloire à un faux contact, le matelas à une bosse un truc que j'avais……

“We had a great time in Ghent. The location was great. We were able to see all the sights and come back to the room to rest and go back out again. Like others have said, the stairs are narrow and we were on the third floor so getting our luggage up was somewhat difficult but we brought small bags so not too bad for us. The coffee shop downstairs was convenient and good. We enjoyed our stay in Ghent very much.”
